SAJID PATHAN, CO-FOUNDER
An IT professional turned entrepreneur, Sajid has over 20 years of combined experience in IT Governance, Project Management, Consultancy, and Deployment of Business Information Systems. His core strength lies in the ability to align IT with business and help organizations effectively use IT to achieve business objectives. At BACG he is responsible for planning and execution of the business strategy, business development, customer and partner relationship management.
CHANDAN BANERJEE, CO-FOUNDER & CTO
As the Chief Technology Officer, Chandan is responsible for overseeing all BI Consulting and Implementation engagements with the customer and the product development functions. Chandan has over 20 years of experience in the field of Business Intelligence and has successfully delivered more than 50 BI implementations across industry verticals in the domestic and international markets. He is an expert BI trainer and speaker at conferences and seminars; he also reviews books on the subject of BI for international publishing houses.
MARK PECO, SENIOR CONSULTANT
Mark Peco, CBIP is an experienced consultant, educator, manager and analyst. Holding graduate and undergraduate degrees in engineering from the University of Waterloo he has led numerous consulting and software projects helping clients adapt to fundamental shifts in business models and requirements.
His experience includes strategy development, business intelligence, data warehousing, compliance, analytics, mathematical modeling, application development and program management. He has provided vision and leadership to project teams that successfully deliver solutions to clients in the fields of analytics, business intelligence and compliance. Mark has worked extensively in the energy sector and understands the business context, operations challenges and information management opportunities available to help companies obtain enhanced performance.
As a leading practitioner in the field of Business Intelligence and Analytics Mark is a faculty member of the TDWI (www.tdwi.org) and delivers lectures to companies on a global basis about the challenges, opportunities and risks associated with implementing “intelligent” business solutions. Mark has received the CBIP (Certified Business Intelligence Professional) designation at the mastery level. His professional focus remains at the intersection of business, operations and technology.
